Add yeast to lukewarm water (110'). Sprinkle sugar over mixture. Let sit for 5-10 minutes or until yeast starts to foam

Place flour and salt in a large mixing bowl and add water,yeast mixture and mix until you form a dough ball.

Knead dough for 10 minutes, shape into ball and put into a oiled bowl and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

Cut dough in half. Roll out on floured surface until you reach desired thickness and shape. Add sauce and cheese. Add any other ingredients you want.

Preheat oven to 500'. Bake for 10-15 minutes on a pizza stone.
