8 ozyour favorite organic juice
2 tbsporganic chia seeds

Combine ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes

I used orange passion fruit juice in the picture But literally any juice will work. Chia seeds are incredibly good for you full of protein, omega fatty acids and plenty of other nutrients
