  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 2 tbsprice vinegar
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsriracha
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • pinchsalt
  • 1/2 lbimitation crab sticks
  • 1mango
  • 1cucumber
  • 3/4 cuppanko bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the first 7 ingredients for the dressing and set aside.

  2. 2

    Shred the crab sticks by hand pulling apart each strand.

  3. 3

    Juilenne the mango and the cucumber avoiding the pit and seeds.

  4. 4

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss with the dressing.

  5. 5

    When ready to serve top with panko.
