I am tired of going through the aisles of the grocery store looking for a spice blend to suit my taste without all the salt. So I came up with this to use with some ribs I was serving, but it's a very versatile spice blend. Can be used with anything from steaks, poultry, and pork. Enjoy!!!

  • Spices
  • 1/4 cuppaprika
  • 1/4 cupground black pepper
  • 2 tbspparsley flakes
  • 1 tbspcelery seed
  • 2 tbspcayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  • 1/4 cupkosher salt
  • 1/4 cupgarlic powder
  • 1/4 cuponion powder
  • 2 tbspItalian seasoning
  • 1 tbspdry mustard

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and then transfer to your choice of storage container, (i.e. Ziploc bag, container with a lid, *I usually save my old spice containers and just remove the labels.*)

    Makes a large amount. Store in airtight container away from moisture.

Thank u for a salt free seasoning...alot 9f us now a days need salt free ones. ;-)
