Have you ever tried Matumbo fry with Kunde? You will lick your fingers try it out.
Steps

Put the Matumbo to boil until tender.

Drain excess water and add oil in the cooking pot for and heat.

Add the Matumbo and fry for some minutes.

Add onions followed by tomatoes.
- 5
Continue frying till well mixed. Add salt and coriander leaves.

Add little oil in another cooking pot and add tomatoes.

Add the chopped Kunde to the mixture and stir. Add salt the cover to simmer for 30minutes. You can add 1 TBS of munyu to soften fast.

Remove from heat and serve with Ugali
