  • ● For The Eggs [throw all of these ingredients in 1 large bowl]
  • 6LG Egglands Best Eggs
  • 1/4 CupWhole Milk
  • 4 tbspPico de Gallo
  • 1/3 CupFresh Cilantro [reserve half for garish]
  • 1/4 CupGreen Onions
  • 6 DashesTabasco Sauce
  • 1/3 CupMexican 3 Cheese [+ reserves for garish]
  • 1 DashGranulated Garlic Powder
  • 2 DashesGround Cumin
  • to tasteFresh Ground Black Pepper
  • ● For The Oils
  • 2 tbspSalted Butter [for frying]
  • ● For The Sides & Garnishments [as needed]
  • Warm Flour Tortillas
  • Sliced Jalapenos
  • Mexican 3 Cheese
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Chilled Red And Green Salsas
  • Red Tabasco
  • Green Tabasco
  • Assorted Fresh Fruits

Steps

10 Minutes
  1. 1

    Gather all of your items for a a quicker breakfast. Chop your vegetables and herbs. Add everything to eggs. Whisk your egg mixture together well.

    Melt your butter in pan then add your egg mixture. Cook four about 3 minutes. Be sure not to stir or overcook. You'll want your eggs moist and chunky.

    Add eggs to a warm plate and serve everything together.

    Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, peppers, salsas and cheeses. Enjoy!

My culinary specialties as an easy going Chef include Asian, Mexican, Cajun, BBQing, Grilling, Irish Pub food, Low Country foods, anything seafood related, extra spicy foods, fresh meat, extra fresh vegetables, US comfort, kid friendly and super fast, quick and easy foods. But, I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once. Pfft! My daddy didn't nickname me, "Goat," at two years of age for nothin'! Yup! I'll literally put anything in my mouth at least once!P.S. Most ALL of my recipes posted on this site were soley submitted by my youngest 6, 7 and 8 year old culinary students.
