  1. 1 largeonion chopped
  2. 4pork steak
  3. 1/4 cuppaprika
  4. 1salt to taste
  5. 1granulated garlic powder
  6. 1/3 cupShaoxing wine

    in a pan add a little olive oil put in onions and pork steak on top of onions add spices to pork steak brown your steak turn spice the other side after almost done add the wine deglaze the pan reduce it way down
