Prepare rice according to directions on package (I didn't add the sugar and also took about 5 minutes off the cooking time)

Preheat oven to 350°

Coat the bottom and sides of pan with cooking spray

Combine cooked rice, cans of cheese and shredded cheese to baking pan-mix well

Stir in broccoli (can be room temperature)

Add more cheese if desired

Stir in milk and butter

Bake about 30 minutes
