Chocolate Chip Pound Cake 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding 1 small box chocolate instant pudding ½ cup sugar ¾ cup vegetable oil ¾ cup water 4 large eggs 1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream (1 cup) 1 - 6 oz. bag semi-sweet morsels Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir to remove lumps. Add oil, water and eggs. Mix well with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels. Spray angel food cake pan with Pam (can use a bunt pan), but angel food cake pan works much better. Pour batter in cake pan. Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Check with a toothpick. Let cake cool in pan for 20 minutes. Cut around outside of cake and also cut around the inside of the tube of the angel food cake pan. Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack. After cake has completely cooled, put right side up again on cake plate.
