KC Masterpiece Bbq Sauce

This is a copycat recipe from Todd Wilbur's recipes. It uses many of the ingredients I have used in previous sauces, yet still has a unique taste. With this method you are essentially making the ketchup from scratch and bbq flavouring it. Enjoy

My sauce adventures continue with Kansas City BBQ sauce. This is a thick, sweet and tangy sauce. Because of its thickness it tends to sit on top of the meat rather than bake in much.
