1 cupblackberries
1fromage frais
1/2 cupberries or any other fruit you like
1/2 cupApple juice

Put all ingredients in a blender and switch on.

Add more juice if you like your smoothie less thick.

Pour through a sieve to remove the seeds. This can take a little white so be patient. Use a spoon or spatula to 'push' through.

Drink and enjoy.
