  • 2boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1egg
  • 100 gramsbread crumbs
  • 50 gramsgrated parmesan cheese
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchnutmeg
  • 100 gramsunsalted butter

  1. 1

    Season chicken with a pinch of salt

  2. 2

    Beat the egg in a shallow dish or a bowl and put a pinch of salt, a pinch of nutmeg and half of the Parmesan in it

    Put bread crumbles and the rest of Parmesan in another dish

  4. 4

    Dip each chicken breast before in the egg mix and then in bread crumbs

    Put butter in a pan and let it melt and boil

    Cook chicken in it until it turns slightly brown!

    If you like you can squeeze some lemon juice on it
