I wanted some homemade Mac n cheese and decided to experiment along the way. I must say I'm pretty pleased with the outcome! My problem is I don't usually measure ingredients, I just add whatever so I never know the exact amount.
All in all a good dish I'd say!!

Boil noodles, drain, then set aside.

In a small pot melt.butter and slowly stir In. Desired amount of flour. Whisk until smooth. Cook over med to low heat until smooth and.bubbly.

Slowly stir in milk, heat through..cut cream cheese into chunks and toss into pot. Whisk until cheese is melted.

Add in Desired amount of cheddar and mozerella and whisk until heated through. When done pour over shell noodles and.mix thoroughly. Done! Add salt/pepper if desired. Yummy: )
