Ingredients

4red potatoes, chopped
1butter
1sour cream
1dried chives
1season salt
1ground black pepper

Steps

1

Chop potatoes and add just enough water to cover. St if desired.
2

Boil until tender then drain. Place potatoes back in pot and add desired amount of butter. Mix and smash potatoes leaving a few chunks here and there.
3

Add all other seasonings and mix well. ENJOY!!
