This recipe comes from being a poor college student with very few ingredients to work with.
I use minced garlic in oil. Of you have fresh garlic, use three cloves, finely minced. If you have garlic powder, use 3/4 teaspoon.

Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder

add in oil and garlic, mixing with a fork until coarse crumbs form

Pour in hot water and combine with the fork
- 4
Dump dough on lightly floured surface and knead for 3 to 5 minutes, until smooth. Of the dough is sticky, add a few teaspoons flour

Place dough back into bowl and cover with a towel. Leave to rest for 20 minutes

Next, separate dough into six balls and roll in your hands until smooth

with a lightly floured rolling pin, roll each ball out until about 1/8th inch thick

Preheat a dry skillet to medium high heat, or about 375.

Cook each piece for 3 minutes, flipping every sixty seconds.
