Ingredients

  1. 1penne pasta (serves one)
  2. 2 clovegarlic
  3. 4large mushrooms
  4. 3pieces of frozen spinach
  5. 4frozen briccoli heads
  6. 1 1/2cup of frozen peas
  7. 1white sauce mixture

Steps

  1. 1

    Place pasta in saucepan to boil.

  2. 2

    Chop the mushrooms and place in frying pan with olive oil. When half done add in the chopped garlic (do not brown the garlic) When the mushrooms have cooked through take off the heat.

  3. 3

    Prepare white sauce as directed on packaging.

  4. 4

    Place frozen broccoli, spinach and peas in saucepan and bring to the boil.

  5. 5

    Drain the pasta and veg and mix all ingredients together.

  6. 6

    Add cheese to taste.
