Beat 1 egg with mixer

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix again. Add 5 tablespoons of sour cream and mix

Add pinch of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 2.5 cups of flour. Mix well (use spiral mixer or hands)

Put the dough to the freezer for 10-15 min

Roll out the dough thinly and put it into desired oiled baking dish ( or sprayed with cooking spray).

Remove the skin from the apples. Cut apples into thin slices. Mix slices of apples with 3-4 tablespoons of honey. ( you can also add cinnamon or vanilla on your taste). Put the mixture on the whole surface of the dough

Sprinkle the surface with raisins and decorate the pie with dough leftovers.
Put beaten egg yolk on the open dough parts with brush - 8
Bake for 25-30 min (350 F)
