19 ozCheese tortellini - refrigerated or frozen
1 tbspGarlic infused canola oil
1Zucchini sliced in chunks
1Red bell pepper sliced
14 1/2 oz1 can chicken broth
4 ozCream cheese
basil pesto
2 cupFresh basil
1 cupPine nuts or walnuts
1/3 cupGarlic infused canola oil
1 tbspGarlic and herb rub

For the basil pesto use a food processor or blender to combine ingredients and then empty into freezer bag.

Incorporate all the other ingredients into the freezer bag.

This make ahead meal can be placed into the crock pot while frozen. 4.5 hours on low. At 2 hours I open lid and then mix the ingredients because it begins thawing and I want to make sure all of the seasonings are distributed well throughout. Place lid back on and let cook for the remainder of the time without removing the lid.
