Ingredients

  • 1eggs
  • 1 tbsp1 to 2 TBL water
  • 1 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in pan. Crack in egg.

  2. 2

    Cook until bottom is set but top is still gooey.

  3. 3

    Add water. Cover and cook until top of egg is set.

  4. 4

    Flip over and cook to desired doneness.
