1eggs
1 tbsp1 to 2 TBL water
1 tbspbutter

Melt butter in pan. Crack in egg.

Cook until bottom is set but top is still gooey.

Add water. Cover and cook until top of egg is set.

Flip over and cook to desired doneness.
