seasoned with garlic , seasoned salt and pepper
1 3/4 packagesboneless fried chicken thighs
1 1/2 dashwith all three seasonings and marinate with hands
1 3/4 cupall-purpose flour and fry in oil

Get a nice stainless pan and then add oil and heat for 3 minutes

Then cut the chicken in strips and dip them in flour at least 8-9 slices

Layer them in hot oil and fry until the skin is light and crispy.

Fry for 15 minutes
