  3. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  4. 1 dashcurry powder
  5. 1 dashturmeric
  6. 1 dashgarlic powder
  7. 1 dashonion powder
  8. 1 dashpaprika
  9. 1 dashcumin
  10. 1 dashground cloves
  11. 1 dashground ginger
  12. 1salt and pepper
  13. 2 tbsphummus
  14. 1/2tomato
  15. 1/2onion
  16. 1 tbsptahini sauce
  17. 1/2 bunchparsley
  18. 1pita
  19. 2 tbsptzatziki

    Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, and dried spices.

  2. 2

    Grill burger until beef reaches 155º

  3. 3

    Small dice tomato, onion, and parsley. Toss with tahini.

  4. 4

    Assemble pita with hummus, chopped burger, tomato/onion salata, and tzatziki.

  5. 5

    Variations; Feta cheese, Basil, Curry sauce.
