Cook the potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water until soft. Drain well and mash.

In a bowl, combine the tuna and mashed potato using hands to make easier. Mix in the carrot an celery.

Place some flour on a plate and divide the mixture into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a patty using hands. Coat both sides lightly in the flour.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. In batches, cool the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain. Serve with a side or salad or vegetables.
