  1. 1/2 kgprawns, shelled and deveined
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1broccoli
  4. 1carrot, thinly sliced
  5. 1/4 cuplight soy sauce
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. 2 tbspsugar
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper

  1. 1

    In a pan, melt butter and stir in prawns. Cook until prawns are almost red

  2. 2

    Add broccoli, carrot, soy sauce, water, pepper and sugar

  3. 3

    Cover and cook until veggies are nice and crispy.
