1/2 kgprawns, shelled and deveined
2 tbspbutter
1broccoli
1carrot, thinly sliced
1/4 cuplight soy sauce
1/4 cupwater
2 tbspsugar
1/2 tspblack pepper

In a pan, melt butter and stir in prawns. Cook until prawns are almost red

Add broccoli, carrot, soy sauce, water, pepper and sugar

Cover and cook until veggies are nice and crispy.
