Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsbutter
  2. 250 gramsdark chocolate
  3. 6eggs
  4. 350 gramssugar
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 150 gramsflour
  7. 1chopped nuts (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla.

    Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler.

  3. 3

    Mix the chocolate mixture in the egg mixture then add the flour.

  4. 4

    If you want nuts sprinkle them on the bottom of the pan and add the batter.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180°C for about 25 to 35 minutes.

    Let it cool, cut and enjoy.
