preheat oven to 400ºF , Grease a muffin tin and set aside
- 2
Peel potatoes ( this is optional really, you can leave the peel on if you choose) and thinly slice into rounds, discarding the fat nubs at the ends
- 3
place potatoe slices, parmesan cheese, garlic, butter and black pepper in a mixing bowl. mix altogether making sure the potatoes are all coated

using the smallest rounds first, start stacking the potatoe slices in the muffin tins till you reach the tops(you may go up a lil higher)

scrape bowl to remove any remaining cheese mixture and spoon over potatoes
- 6
bake for 25mins or until potatoes are tender if pierced with a fork
