Ingredients

  1. 3cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  2. 3spring (green) onions, thinly sliced (optional)
  3. 1 cupsour cream. light is fine
  4. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  5. 1 1/2 tspsugar
  6. 1salt and pepper
  7. 1 tbsphalf and half, optional (grandma's secret ingredient)
