Ingredients

  • 3cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3spring (green) onions, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 cupsour cream. light is fine
  • 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsphalf and half, optional (grandma's secret ingredient)
