Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 packagesLinguine
  • 1Jar, of Ragu Creamy mozzarella sauce
  • 1 canCorned beef
  • 1 packagesSazón
  • 1 1/2 tbspSofrito
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 4 pinchSalt
  • 1 canDel monte mushroom sauce
  • 2 pinchParsley
  • 1/2 cupPizza blend cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium pan heat the oil and add the sofrito. Mix in the corned beef, sazon and spaggetti sauce and let it simmer.

  2. 2

    Prepare pasta al dente according to the package.
    When ready mix in the mozzarella sauce.

  3. 3

    Serve and top it off with the cheese blend and parsley.
