Ingredients

5 servings

1 packagesLinguine
1Jar, of Ragu Creamy mozzarella sauce
1 canCorned beef
1 packagesSazón
1 1/2 tbspSofrito
2 tbspOlive oil
4 pinchSalt
1 canDel monte mushroom sauce
2 pinchParsley
1/2 cupPizza blend cheese

Steps

In a medium pan heat the oil and add the sofrito. Mix in the corned beef, sazon and spaggetti sauce and let it simmer.

Prepare pasta al dente according to the package.
When ready mix in the mozzarella sauce.

Serve and top it off with the cheese blend and parsley.
