1/2 cupdry white wine. Use one you you would drink!
1 tbspdried dill
1 packagesKnorr's vegetable recipe mix
1 clovegarlic, minced fine
18 oz block of cream cheese, softened
2 cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese

Mix the vegetable mix and dill with the wine. Let sit for one hour. This re-hydrates the dehydrated vegetables in the mix.

Mix the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix well. That's it! Serve with crackers.
