Ingredients

  1. 1 loafsliced bread (sandwich bread)
  2. 1 cupcocktail sauce
  3. 100 gramsshrimps
  4. 100 gramssmoked salmon
  5. 70 gramscaviar (or lumpfish roe caviar)
  6. 1 cupmayonnaise
  7. 1lemon juice
  8. 1dill

  1. 1

    Slice bread (~2cm thick) and cut the crusts off

  2. 2

    Slightly toast every slice and spread cocktail sauce on it

  3. 3

    Spread salmon with dill

  4. 4

    Squeeze some lemon juice on shrimps

  5. 5

    Cut each bread slice in 4 squares (btw it depends on the size of the bread you're using, usually canapes are 5x5cm or 6x6cm squares)

  6. 6

    Put a teaspoon of caviar on some squares, a teaspoon of shrimps on some other ones and cut salmon to fit the rest of the squares.

  7. 7

    Put mayonnaise in a pastry bag with the smallest hole and decorate your canapes!
