  2. 1 cuporange juice
  3. 1 tbspValencia orange peel seasoning
  4. 1 tbspherbs de provence seasoning
  5. 2 tsponion powder
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1olive oil; as needed
  8. 1salt and peppercorn melange

    Marinate pork in orange juice for 24-48 hours.

    Pat dry. Season. Roast at 350° for approximately one hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.

    Let rest five minutes before slicing.
