Ingredients

  1. 1/2bag of fresh cranberries
  2. 1 tspfresh rubbed sage
  3. 1/2 mediumyellow onion diced
  4. 1/8 cuporange juice
  5. 1 clovegarlic minced
  6. 1mandarian orange juiced
  7. 1/3 cupwater
  8. 1/4 cupsugar
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1/8 tspof cayenne pepper

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to medium sauce pan. Cook all ingredients on medium high heat until berries pop. Stir consistently until mixture becomes a sauce.

    Let sauce cool for 20-25 minutes great on baked chicken.
