Ingredients

  • 1Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
  • 2 canChicken broth
  • 1 canCream of chicken
  • 1/2Chopped Onion
  • 2/3 packagesCream Cheese
  • 1 pinchCreole seasoning
  • 1as needed Cayanne Pepper
  • 1 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine everything (except the cream and cheddar cheese) in crock pot.

  2. 2

    Cook on Low 6-8 hours.

  3. 3

    ~1 hour before serving add cream cheese, half the cheddar cheese, and more seasoning if needed.

  4. 4

    Serve with the rest of the cheddar cheese or toppings of your choice.

Also good with crumbled bacon and a spoonful of sour cream on top. Makes it a loaded baked potato soup.
