Ingredients

1Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
2 canChicken broth
1 canCream of chicken
1/2Chopped Onion
2/3 packagesCream Cheese
1 pinchCreole seasoning
1as needed Cayanne Pepper
1 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps

Combine everything (except the cream and cheddar cheese) in crock pot.

Cook on Low 6-8 hours.

~1 hour before serving add cream cheese, half the cheddar cheese, and more seasoning if needed.

Serve with the rest of the cheddar cheese or toppings of your choice.

Also good with crumbled bacon and a spoonful of sour cream on top. Makes it a loaded baked potato soup.
