Ingredients

  • 2Bacon Rashers
  • 2Free range eggs
  • 2Large mushrooms
  • 9cherry tomatoes
  • 200 gramsSpinach
  • 10 gramsButter
  • 1 tbspof Olive oil
  • dashof ground black pepper
  • 1 cloveof sliced galic

Steps

  1. 1

    Lay baking dish with spinach

  2. 2

    Spread small cubes of butter around the dish

  3. 3

    Lay cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon and raw eggs on top of the spinach base

  4. 4

    Finish with olive oil and and black pepper and galic finely chopped

  5. 5

    Preheat oven and bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180°
