Ingredients

  • 1 largechuck roast
  • 1jar of jalapenos with the juice (can use banana peppers if you want it less spicy)
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspblack pepper
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 boxsliced mushrooms
  • 1sliced swiss or pepper jack cheese
  • 1bag of hoagie rolls

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine roast, peppers and seasonings in your slow cooker

  2. 2

    Cook about 6-7 hours on low

  3. 3

    Sautee the onion and mushrooms with butter and a little salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Shred the roast and pile it on a toasty hoagie roll.

  5. 5

    Top with cheese mushrooms and onions and ENJOY

  6. 6
