Ingredients

1 largechuck roast
1jar of jalapenos with the juice (can use banana peppers if you want it less spicy)
1 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbspsalt
1 tbspblack pepper
1 tsporegano
1onion, chopped
1 boxsliced mushrooms
1sliced swiss or pepper jack cheese
1bag of hoagie rolls

Steps

Combine roast, peppers and seasonings in your slow cooker

Cook about 6-7 hours on low

Sautee the onion and mushrooms with butter and a little salt and pepper
4

Shred the roast and pile it on a toasty hoagie roll.

Top with cheese mushrooms and onions and ENJOY
