Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit

Make the sausageballs. Mix sausage, egg, cheddar cheese, marjoram, and parsley. Form into small balls and bake 15 minutes.

Sauté the onions in butter. Add salt. Mix caraway seeds, parsley, baking powder, and parmesan cheese. Add coconut milk to parsley mixture only when you will pour over the sausageballs and onions. The baking powder will rise too soon if you don't wait.

Add sausageballs to sautéed onions

Add milk and parmesan cheese mixture. Mix with sausageballs with onions. Bake 30 minutes.

This would go good with rice, mashed potatoes, broccoli or cauliflower.
