It has been long since I last ate githeri.This time I added a little twist to it.

Steps

Put cooking oil in a pan, add to it onions let it cook till golden brown,

Add tomatoes and fresh pepper allow it to cook till it creates paste.

Add royco cube by crushing it into tiny bits and some salt to taste..Stir it covered to cook for 1 minutes

Uncover and add boiled githeri then stir let it steam for 3 minutes.,add some water to create soup.

Chop capsicum and add it to githeri let it steam for 1 minute then add coriander and stir

Serve while hot..
