Boil pumpkin in cooker (3 whistles) & allow it to cool

Make a rough powder of cloves, cardamom & cashew nuts Heat ghee on low flame, just roast powdered cloves, cardamom & Cashew nuts for a minute and keep aside

Remove the seeds of dates & crush it with the help of stone or belan Remove the skin of boiled pumpkin & Add jaggery powder, crushed dates. Keep it to boil for 5 minutes by adding one cup water. Add roasted miture of cardamom & stir it well you can have it like dessert & cold too
