Steps

Sieve flour into a clean bowl

Add in sugar, yeast, stir together then pour in warm water and mix thoroughly until there are no more lumps

Cover the bowl with foil paper. Allow to rise for 20mins

Place oil in a deep frying pan, once it starts to sizzle, scoop batter little by little and place in frying oil, stir to avoid being burnt

Once it's a bit brown(not burnt) bring out of oil and transfer to a paper towel.

Repeat process for the next batch
