  1. eggplant
  2. 2 largeeggplant
  3. seasonings
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric
  6. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  7. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsppowedered dry mustard
  9. 1/2 tspcelery salt
  10. 1/2 tspground cumin
  11. 1/2 tsponion powder
  12. 1/2 tspsage
  13. 1/2 tsppaprika
  14. coating
  15. 1vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Peel the eggplants, I used aubergine. Slice like french fries.

  3. 3

    Coat each piece with oil. Season and put on a baking sheet. Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
