Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgorgonzola cheese
  2. 1/4 cupbutter, softened
  3. 1/4 cupchopped walnuts
  4. 2 tbspminced fresh parsley
  5. 3/4 tsprosemary

  1. 1

    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.

  2. 2

    Shape into a roughly 5" log shape. Wrap in plastic wrap or wax paper. Chill in fridge for at least 30 min.

  3. 3

    After steaks are done cooking, cut thin slices off the butter log and top steaks with it. Enjoy!
