1) soak shrooms in salt water first, and then rinse a few times to get all the dirt off and to ensure they are properly cleaned

2) mix both the eggs and milk together in a dish

3) crush the crackers in a big ziplock baggie

4) melt butter in a frying pan
- 5
5) cut the morels in half and dip into the egg mixture then right into the cracker crumb mixture

6) from the cracker crumbs to the frying pan. Pan fry until golden brown, flipping when ready

8) when they are done add salt while they are still warm so the salt sticks the the morels
