Raw Chia Pudding
1 canlow fat coconut milk
1/4 cupchia seeds
1 tbspraw honey
1 tspvanilla extract
1 pinchsalt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3hrs, until thickened. Has consistency of tapioca.
