Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 cupPaneer
  • 2 cupSpinach
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 4Tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 1/2 cupgram flour
  • 1 teaspoondegi mirch
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • 2 tablespoonkhus khus
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1/2 spoonCumin powder
  • 2 tablespoonCashew almond paste
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 spoonCornflour
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 spoonKitchen king
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 cupcashew almond roughly chopped

Steps

    Take a bowl and grate paneer and add salt and mix it

  2. 2

    Divided into equal parts and make small balls with filling dryfruits and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now boil chopped spinach in its own water stain and drain out whole water

  4. 4

    Now take a bowl and add gram flour, spinach, salt, chilli powder

  5. 5

    Now heat oil in a pan and add gramflor and Spinach mixture and cook for 3-4 min

  6. 6

    Transfer this gramflor mixture in a bowl and make a doe...

    Now heat appe pan for crisp palak paneer balls

  8. 8

    Now take spinach balls, flatten it and stuff the paneer balls in the center and seal the edges little bit with the help of cornflour.

    Now ad balls in a heat and grase appe pan for golden brown in color and crisp.

  10. 10

    Now Remove balls in a plate and cut carefully in center and keep aside

  11. 11

    Add tomato and green chilli in a blender and make pure

  12. 12

    Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoitda and cumin seeds when it's crackle than add tomato green chilli pure and cook for 2 min

  13. 13

    Add salt, degi mirch, cumin powder,cardamom powder, garam masala,and kitchen king and mix it

  14. 14

    Cook for 5 min

  15. 15

    Now add khus khus, dryfruit gravy,cream and mix it

  16. 16

    Now add water and cook for 10 min

  17. 17

    Now transfer gravy into a serving plate and add spinach paneer rolls and garnish with coriander leaves

  18. 18

    Serve with roti, naan, pratha or as u like
