Slice the tomatoes in small cubes slice the onions into cubes. Deep fry the fish

Put the onions in a pan then add oil 2 teaspoon.then let it cook till golden.add spices-hoho,Dania,garlic and tangawizi.keep on stirring until golden brown.add the tomatoes and stir till it forms a syrup.then put 3 full pieces of deep fried fish.add 1 cup of water.and a pinch of salt.let it simmer for 5 minutes.Optional add a pinch of roiko.stir for 2 minutes.Best served with greens and ugali
