  1. 2mini pizza crusts, 8"
  2. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  3. 4 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  4. 1/4 cupcoarosely grated parmesan cheese
  5. 2 tbspred wine vinegar
  6. 1 tsp1/8 tsp. sugar
  7. 1 packagesmixed italian greens
  8. 3 mediumtomatoes, seeded and chopped
  9. 1 smallyellow pepper, chopped
  10. 4 ozpepperoni, chopped
  11. 2 ozmozzarella, shredded

    preheat oven to 450°F, arrange pizza crystal on cookie sheet

  2. 2

    In a small bowl stir together garlic and 1 Tbsp. oil; brush mixture on crystal. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake crusts 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, in lg. bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, and remaining 3 tbsp. oil. and greens, tomatoes, yellow peppers, and pepperoni. Toss until well-coated. Cut each pizza crust into 6 wedges. Divide salad among 4 serving plates. Top with mozzarella and serve with pizza-crust wedges.
