Slice the olives tomatoes and beetroot into small pieces

Mix the soft cheese in with the olives and tomatoes

Then add the Mayonnaise or Sour Cream
- 5
Add the tomato puree, dill mustard, Italian seasoning, crushed garlic and onion salt. Mix all in.

Add the beetroot and garlic and mozzarella cheese, and mix in. Break some of it up but leave it a little chunky. You may need to add another tablespoon of mayo or sour cream.

Serve with some crackers to dip, toated bread or crisp rolls
