  • 4boneless, skinless chicken
  • 4 slicethin steaks
  • 8 slicesbacon
  • 1/4 slicepepper jack cheese
  • 3jalapeños
  • 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    Lay the chicken flat, season both sides with salt,place 1/4 of the mixture of the jalapenos, pepper jack cheese on the chicken and roll them up.

  2. 2

    Wrap steak then bacon, place toothpick to hold together

  3. 3

    Baked in a pre-heated oven 400 f, until cooked, about 25-30 mins. Let it's rest for 10 mins before serving.
