Spinach Casserole (no measurements needed)
My sister-in-law gave me this recipe just as i am giving you. No measurements just instructions. A dollop of this and a sprinkle of that. Turns out good every time :-)
Steps
- 1
Okay this recipe is very simple and needs no measurements if you look at the pics and make it somewhat similar......it will taste wonderful!!!
- 2
Heat oven t 350° F.
- 3
Spray a deep dish casserole dish with Pam cooking spray.
- 4
From the bag of spinach, grab 2 good handfuls of leaves. Layer this first. (This is for a 10x7 baking dish that serves 2 people. If you use a large 9x13 dish you will need twice as much spinach which serves 4-6 people.)
- 5
Next add a few "dollops of Daisy" (sour cream) on top of spinach. Sprinkle minced garlic on top plus salt and pepper.
- 6
Now sprinkle shredded cheese on top of that layer.
- 7
Repeat one more layer..spinach, spices, sour cream and shredded cheese last.
- 8
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 min until cheese begins to bubble.
