  3. Cow meat pomo amd shaki
  4. Stock fish
  5. Crayfish
  6. Cameroun pepper achi and crayfish blended together
  7. Poundo yam

    Boil meat pomo and shaki till soft

    Add palmoil then add the blended achi cameroun pepper and crayfish

    Add your cut vegetables

    Then its ready to serve
