Put the daal in the cooker with four bowl of water,salt,haldi on the gas.now cooked for half an hour in the medium flame.

When daal is cooked then put small pan on the gas.add oil two spoon and jeera and crackle,add tomato and green chilli and red chilli also.

Pour in the daal and cook the daal for five minutes.

Now switch off the gas.

Now made a hard dough of maida with oil and salt, jeera by water.

Now put oil on the kadai and add oil for fry on the gas.

Now take a dough and toll the thin puri and cut with knife foe make a crispy.

Now all puris fry on the slow flame untill light brown.

Serve daal pakwaan with pickle and enjoy.
